Mastek Q4 profit down 14%, declares dividend of ₹16

IT major Mastek Ltd posted a 14 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2025, at ₹81.07 crore, as against ₹94.41 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Meanwhile, its revenue from operations rose 16 per cent to ₹905.42 crore in March 2025 quarter compared to ₹779.73 crore in the year-ago period .Operating EBITDA stood at ₹138.8 crore in Q4.
On a y-o-y basis, the net profit surged 21 per cent to ₹375.93 crore in March 2025 against ₹310.97 crore last year.
The company added 11 new clients in Q4FY25, and the total active clients during Q4FY25 were 348, compared to 351 in Q3FY25. According to the company’s statement, the total cash, cash equivalents, and fair value of mutual funds stood at ₹622.2 crore in March 2025, compared to ₹497.0 crore in December 2024.
Last twelve months attrition was at 19.3 per cent in Q4FY25 in comparison with 20.1 per cent in Q3FY25, it added.
Umang Nahata, Chief Executive Officer, Mastek, said, “We closed FY24-25 with a strong annual revenue and PAT growth of 13.1 per cent and 20.9 per cent respectively in rupee terms, driven by disciplined execution across geographies and innovation across all service lines.” The company continues to enhance data and AI capabilities across verticals.
“Our core business driven by UK and Europe and Oracle in US continues to grow strongly, particularly in the healthcare and commercial sectors,” Nahata added.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹16 per equity share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
