Ramco Systems Q1 revenue rises 18.3% y-o-y to ₹161 crore   

Ramco Systems’ quarterly order bookings stood at $15 million, marking a 36% increase sequentially, primarily driven by the Europe region.

Chennai-based IT firm Ramco Systems reported an 18.3 per cent growth in consolidated revenue from operations at ₹161 crore for the quarter ended June 2025 as compared to ₹136 crore in the same quarter last year. The profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹1 crore compared to a loss of ₹20 crore in Q1 FY25. 

On a sequential basis, PAT went down by 80 per cent from the ₹5 crore it posted in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations went up by 3.9 per cent as compared to ₹155 crore in the previous quarter. 

Quarterly order bookings stood at $15 million, marking a 36 per cent increase sequentially, primarily driven by the Europe region, while the unexecuted order book came to $168.55 million, according to a release from the company. The software products firm signed two “Million-Dollar plus” deals in the quarter, it said. “Recurring revenue continued its upward trend, reaching $11 .08 million including backlog billing,” the company added.

As per the notes to its financial statements, Ramco Systems has closed the operations of its foreign branch in Germany with effect from May 28, 2025, and there were no transactions in the said branch during the quarter ended June 2025. 

“Our approach to transformation is rooted in pragmatism and purpose. By embedding AI into core workflows, we are already seeing meaningful improvements in productivity and responsiveness. In parallel, our modernisation efforts continue to simplify delivery and enhance scalability,” Abhinav Raja, Managing Director, Ramco Systems, said in the statement.

Sandesh Bilagi, COO, Ramco Systems, said that the growth across topline, recurring revenue as well as order booking are direct outcomes of “improved operational cadence and delivery efficiency.”
