Who will make headlines on August 2 at Paris Olympics?

A total of 25 gold medals are up for grabs on Friday at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.

China’s Zheng Siwei and Huang Yaqiong will face South Korea’s Kim Won-Ho and Jeong Na-Eun in badminton’s mixed doubles gold medal match at 15:00 (GMT+2) on later Friday.

In tennis, China’s Zhang Zhizhen and Wang Xinyu will look to claim China’s first mixed doubles gold at the Olympics at 19:00 (GMT+2). 

And Chinese swimmer Wang Shun will compete in the men’s 200-meter individual medley final at 20:43 (GMT+2), while the BMX cycling men’s final will start at 21:35 (GMT+2), followed by the women’s final.
